A Look At The 2024 Art Of The Cowgirl Schedule

One of our favorite annual events, Art of the Cowgirl, is coming up just next month! From January 17-21, head out to Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre in Queen Creek, Arizona, for this incredible celebration of cowgirls and the Western way of life.

“Women hold beautiful, important roles and have truly shaped the Western lifestyle and industry,” says Tammy Pate, Art of the Cowgirl founder. “Our event honors these women by showcasing their artistic talents and horsemanship skills, all to ensure the future of Western trades. We’ve put together a gathering unlike any other and are so excited to bring everyone together.”

While Art of the Cowgirl celebrates women in the Western industry, the event also honors strong partnerships between spouses, friends, and families. All are encouraged to attend — men, women, and children alike.

If you're planning your trip, here's the schedule for the show. There is so much going on over the course of five days – a Western makers trade show, master artist workshops and horsemanship demonstrations, riding clinics and colt starting, an All-Women’s Ranch Rodeo, World’s Greatest Horsewoman competition, cattle dog trials, a live art auction, elite horse sale, live music, and more.
