Country Queens Rule The Stage: Lainey Wilson And Megan Moroney Lead The Ladies' 59th ACM Nominations

The nominees have been announced for the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards and the ladies are showing up.

Lainey Wilson is up for four awards. Wilson is nominated for Entertainer of the Year. As well as Song of the Year for her song “Heart Like A Truck”, Female Artist of the Year, along with Music Event of the Year for the song “ Save Me” which she sang with Jelly Roll.

Up-and-comer Megan Moroney is up for five awards. She has been nominated for Female Artist of the Year, New Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for her song “ Tennessee Orange”, Music Event of the Year for “ Can’t Break Up Now” for which she collaborated with Old Dominion on, and Visual Media of the Year for “Tennessee Orange”.

Kelsea Ballerini is up for Album of the Year for her album “ Rolling Up The Welcome Mat (For Good)” and Female Artist of the Year.

Kacey Musgraves is also up for two awards for Female Artist of the Year and Music Event of the Year for “ I Remember Everything” with Zach Bryan.

Other ladies that are up for awards this year are Ashley McBryde for Female Artis of the Year, Maddie and Tae for Duo of the Year, Ashley Cooke, Hannah Ellis, Kassi Ashton, and Kylie Morgan for New Female Artist of the Year, and Tigirlily Gold for New Duo of the Year.

The 2024 ACM Awards will held on May 16, 2024, at the Ford Center in Frisco, TX, and will air on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel.
