Grammy-nominated country rocker Elle King and Entertainment Tonight's Rachel Smith will host "New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash" emanating from downtown Nashville's Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park featuring newly crowned CMA Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson, country superstar Thomas Rhett, and Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Lynyrd Skynyrd.

A who's who of country and pop superstars will perform, both live and pre-recorded, from Nashville on New Year's Eve.

The impressive list of performers announced include, Trace Adkins, Grace Bowers, Kane Brown, Jackson Dean, HARDY, Cody Johnson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Trombone Shorty, Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Bailey Zimmerman, and Old Dominion.

Fans at home will be able to watch the annual, five-hour "New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash" Sunday night on CBS and Paramount+.

Locals can attend for free. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. at downtown Nashville's Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park and at 5:15 p.m., the festivities kick off with a 50-minute tribute to hip-hop's 50th anniversary. That celebration will conclude with a guest DJ set by Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell, also an experienced disc jockey.

From 6:30 p.m. to midnight, the CBS broadcast will feature live feeds from Bicentennial Park featuring Rhett, Wilson, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, along with pre-taped performances from throughout Music City. At midnight, pyrotechnics and confetti will accompany the drop of a 16-foot tall aluminum and acrylic music note decorated with 13,000 LED pixels down a 138-foot tower.

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville will be the host stage and watch party for the evening, featuring performances from Old Dominion.

"Big Bash" kicks off at 7 p.m. CST and will be broadcast live on CBS and streamed live and on-demand for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers.
