The world of rodeo never fails to deliver breathtaking moments, especially when top athletes gather to showcase their skills and shatter records. The recently concluded National Western Stock Show was a testament to the some amazing performances, with barrel racing taking center stage.

In the 13th performance, during the Thursday matinee on January 18, 2024, Hailey Kinsel and Sister, one of our cherished animal athletes, brought their A-game nailing an astounding 14.63 second run, breaking the arena record for the first time since 2002. Just a few days later, Tessa Arnold and Latte Ditto surpassed the 14.63 mark and took the arena record title of fastest time with an impressive 14.50 seconds. It was a double triumph that left both Hailey and Tessa leaving their mark in the NWSS arena!
