Jenna Paulette released a new single, Country In The Girl, and we are in love with the whole dang thing!

“I’m writing the kind of music I want to hear from girls in country music, especially someone that has lived any kind of life outside the city,” shares Paulette, who grew up in a small town outside of Dallas, Texas. I’m so excited for everyone to hear the whole song (not just a chorus) and I can’t wait to see where this song takes me.”

Recently signing a Global Publishing Deal with Nashville-based Sea Gayle Music, Paulette asserts her bona fide small town country roots with the post-breakup song written alongside Sea Gayle writers Jeb Gipson and Smith Ahnquist, produced by Will Bundy.

The artist Billboard celebrates for her “traditional and contemporary country influences” and “descriptive storytelling” is a staple of Song Suffragettes, a weekly female singer-songwriter showcase at Nashville’s Listening Room Café. Paulette has also toured with Mason Ramsey and opened for classic country acts Clay Walker and Joe Nichols, as her prior independent releases appeared on Apple Music’s “Breaking Country” playlist, Google Play’s “Country’s New Crop” playlist and Radio Disney.

Additionally, Paulette has appeared on Apple Music’s “The Kelleigh Bannen Show” and Circle TV’s “The Southern Weekend.” CMT named Paulette a Discovery Artist, while Cosmo has touted her as an “artist to pay attention to,” Cliché Magazine describes her music as “the quintessential combination of modern glam and Southwestern grit,” further noting, “Jenna Paulette brings a sound all her own.”
