Out of 116 qualified, talented, diverse applicants, COWGIRL Magazine carefully selected 30 ladies to honor in our COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Class of 2021 to represent the future of women in the Western industry. This is an honored list of accomplished young women who will blaze trails and leave legacies in all that they do.

Montana Silversmiths has been involved with COWGIRL's 30 Under 30 program for two years since its first class in 2020. As part of their sponsorship of this program, Montana Silversmiths awards the honorees with a custom bracelet and two Mustard Seed necklaces.

The bracelets are sterling silver with the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 logo on the front and “COWGIRL” and “2021” on the sides. Silver, bronze, gold, and black combine for an intricate, wearable cuff. Montana Silversmiths is proud to have these women wear custom bracelets that represent the same talent, diversity, and class that they do.

In addition to custom bracelets, Montana Silversmiths designed and gifted necklaces to the honorees. The necklace features an engraved, oval pendant and a small seed. “You must never underestimate the power of planting a seed,” reads the notecard in the seed necklace box. Montana Silversmiths gifted not one, but two of these necklaces for the honorees to pass on to a friend in order to "plant it forward" and encourage other women within our industry. The women of COWGIRL 30 Under 30 2021 know what it means to plant a seed and watch it grow; their accomplishments are innumerable. 

Montana Silversmiths played a huge part in COWGIRL 30 Under 30 this year, from creating custom jewelry to their presence at Wrangler's Bubbles & Blue Jeans party.
