Pull It Together With Pull Through Braids

We've got our eyes on updos for this summer season! Spice up the basic ponytail (or in this case, pigtails) for some pull through braids. This easy-to-do look can be completed in just a few simple steps:

Prep your hair by curling and adding texture spray for extra volume and thickness.

STEP 1:

Section your hair into two even parts.

STEP 2:

Working with one section, pull the top half of your hair into a high ponytail.

STEP 3:

Make a second ponytail that sits beneath your first.

STEP 4:

Split the top ponytail into two even sections and wrap around the bottom ponytail.

STEP 5:

Secure the two sections of the top ponytail beneath the bottom ponytail with a clear elastic.

STEP 6:

Repeat Steps 4 & 5 until you have reached the end of your hair.

STEP 7:

Repeat Steps 3-6 to the other section of hair.

Finish off the look by adding a silk wild rag, fashion hat, or other fun hair accessories.
