The Official First Look At Lawmen: Bass Reeves

We finally have an official look at the newest addition to the Yellowstone universe, Lawmen: Bass Reeves. From Executive Producer Taylor Sheridan and starring award-winning actor David Oyelowo, the series brings the story of the legendary lawman and outlaws of the Wild West to life. Reeves, known as the greatest frontier hero in American history, worked in the Post-Reconstruction era as a federal peace officer in the Indian Territory, capturing over 3,000 of the most dangerous criminals without ever being wounded.

In May 2022, it was announced that David Oyelowo would star as Reeves. Dennis Quaid and Garrett Hedlund were later confirmed as cast members. Cole Hauser, aka Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone, teased a role in the upcoming spinoff as well.
