This year, the Rodeo Houston Hall of Fame welcomed three legendary faces into the historic circle of rodeo stars. Rodeo Houston's history and on-going legacy has made a significant impact on countless careers, including 11 time World Champion Barrel Racer Charmayne James. James, who also won Rodeo Houston 11 times, has left an equally impactful legacy on the H-town event.

Winning this rodeo 11 times is no easy feat, and abled her and her legendary equine counterpart 'Scamper' to find success at the end of the regular season under the bright lights of Las Vegas. As the 2024 Rodeo Houston comes to a close, James will officially etch her name into the Rodeo Houston Hall of Fame History Books.

This exciting induction ceremony will also feature three cowboy-legends who have all left an exemplary mark on Rodeo Houston. Also to be inducted in 2024 is legendary announcer Bob Tillman, Mike Cervi founder of Cervi Championship Rodeo and famous barrel man Leon Coffee.

We tip our hats to these rodeo legends and welcome them to one of the most prominent rodeo hall of fames!
