Shortly after The Cowboy announced the formation of the only all-female country festival in the nation, CMT announced their broadcast partnership.

“The opportunity to film artists like Carly Pearce, the reigning Academy of Country Music Female Artist of the Year and the CMA Female Vocalist of the Year, as well as Caitlyn Smith, Natalie Hemby, Carter Faith, and Jenny Tolman in a place as magical as Jackson Hole, Wyoming, was something we couldn’t pass up. Country music permeates every region, every town in America and it is our show’s mission to portray that each and every week on CMT. It was an easy decision to come to one of the greatest towns in the world to showcase these five women, who, as far as I’m concerned, are the future of the genre.”

CMT Vice President and Executive Producer of Hot 20 Countdown, Quinn Brown

Jim Waldrop, owner of The Cowboy Bar, president of Silver Dollar Inc., as well as The Wort Hotel and festival organizer, said, “We love that we so often have the opportunity to introduce this town we love to so many artists who visit to perform throughout the year, but we’re so excited to partner with CMT and be able to showcase our town to such an enormous television audience.”

The segments produced will air on CMT’s three-hour program, Hot 20 Countdown, on Saturday, Oct. 29.

Limited tickets are still available for each of the three nights and are available at cowboybarjh.com.
