In the heart of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, sits Cowboy Coffee Co., a small coffee shop with a long history tailored to serving the hard-working individuals in the community. Since 1989, they aim to serve coffee to the early risers and keep them warm during the harsh winters in the Tetons.

"As we’ve grown, we’d like to think we’ve refined and improved our coffee from what those pokes had back in the day, but we think it’ll keep ya in the saddle just as long. Strong, bold, fresh roasted, that’s Cowboy Coffee. A taste of the old west," writes Cowboy Coffee Co. on their website.

They have grown to offer coffee in numerous locations from the town square to their newest location, Big Sky Town Center Coffee Shop. In 2022, the Cowboy Coffee Co. was voted the best coffee in Jackson Hole.

Once inside, you'll find an assortment of coffee blends, inspired by the coffee drank by cowboys back in the day. It may not be served over campfires in the early mornings at a cow camp, but the taste is just the same. The coffee is roasted right there in Jackson Hole, a country with a history of cowboys.
