Ethan Lee: Bunkhouse Guy To Family Man

Ethan Lee, cowboy, family man, and now Yellowstone Bunkhouse Guy has quite a bit on his plate. How does he do it all?!

Ethan said, "So that’s a big question but there’s really only one answer to sum it up and it’s just like the old saying goes: Behind every successful man is a strong, wise and hard working woman - and I have to stand behind that! I married a COWGIRL.

"I couldn’t do what I do without having a strong independent wife that I know is taking care of our kids, livestock, home, etc.! It’s a lot. All three kids youth rodeo and are active in sports. She runs her equine practice and still finds time to rodeo herself.

"In all reality I do what I do for the betterment of our family and the opportunities that we have been given as a family has been a huge blessing."

Ethan's wife, Brennan, said, "I like to call it survival mode (haha)! You do whatever it takes to survive that season. It’s not always easy, but nothing great comes easy! It all boils down to sacrifice, trust and balance. Ethan sacrifices a lot to leave us to go off to film - and vice versa. He misses a lot of their rodeos and games but our kids know when daddy is gone working it’s for US. They get it.

"Our youngest, Kit, was only a year old when Yellowstone first started filming (and the other 2 were really young) and they’ve always enjoyed the perks of traveling out west. As they are getting older though they’re starting to realize how “cool” it is to stay in Montana and hang with daddy on set! From cast to crew, Yellowstone is truly part of our family and we are so grateful for it all."
