Kelsea Ballerini always has a way of feeling like your friend next door and her latest video to fans via Twitter is no exception. The country artist posted a quick video announcing that her album is officially out and can be purchased at Target for just $9.99. “So go get it!” she urged. Kelsea’s hair was up in a cute bouffant pony-tail and she was wearing a denim button-up and she definitely had  that “post-record release” glow.
