In 2020, Jessie Jarvis (@mrsjjarv) created Of The West, an agricultural and western job platform, as a one-stop-shop for western/ag industry job postings. From there, she has included tips, advice, and other needed material for job seekers and business owners. Her latest step in help includes a new podcast called, "Leaders Of The West."

"Leaders Of The West is a podcast for innovators and change-makers across the agriculture and western industries. Our mission with this podcast is to foster a community of pioneers, innovators, and leaders who want to be at the forefront of what’s next!" says Of the West in their announcement.

The podcast will be released on June 20th with an impressive line-up of guests!

"We have some incredible guests lined up…from people who are running the companies, we know and love, to the hard-working, salt-of-the-earth people who make up the industry that we love. We’re going to bring people from across America, representing all of the ag and western industries who will inspire you, who can relate to the same struggles you’re battling, who will give you strategies you can implement in your own life or business, and who will remind you why you love this way of life as much as you do," writes Jessie in her latest post.

Jessie will also be providing solo episodes about her work as a business owner, spouse, mom... all the hats she wears.

"Sometimes all we need is 5-10 minutes of relating to someone else to help get us through our days, and I want to dig into my journey and experiences, to provide a place where we can be that for you," continues Jessie.
