Content houses aren't a new thing to the world of social media! They became popular a few years back in Los Angeles where groups of influencers and creators would all room together with the intentions of making monetized content for their social channels every day. As the popularity of the content house grew along with their monetization opportunities, the content house would be able to level up their LA living situations to larger homes or sometimes even rent mansions to shoot their content in.

According to Influencer Marketing Hub, "Way back in 2014, a YouTube collaboration channel called Our Second Life moved into a home they dubbed 02L Mansion. The next year, in 2015, most of the stars on Vine moved into their own collaboration house at 1600 Vine Street (New York Times). In 2017, this trend was continued by Jake Paul, one of YouTube's highest-paid stars, who purchased a home (Team 10 House) for the members of Team 10 to share."

Now, lets put a little western twang on that...

TratterCo is a group of good ol’ country & farming influencers from across America who launched the first ever country/western and agricultural/farming TikTok content creator house January 15, 2022, The Tratter House. Creators, Nick, Blake (Bmoe) and Roy showcase their lifestyle which becomes viral content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube with TikTok videos reaching 34 million views per month combined. They also have launched an inspirational Podcast reaching over 10 million followers with guests and an ‘Ariat affirmations’ segment.

The Tratter House stands for spreading positivity, family values, inspiration, and education of the lifestyle(s). The full-time creators are Nick Luciano, Blake Moore and Roy Dinges often invite special guests like; Jesse Spence, Presley Rose, 615 House and many others to the house to create content and join at events.

The Tratter House members and guests’ goal is to educate as well as promote country/western and agricultural/farming by showcasing horses, rodeos, roping, farming, travel, music, etc. Nick and Roy spend most of their time at the Stock yards of Fort Worth, Texas and Blake’s on the family’s farm in Illinois. They travel the country and attend events such as; NFR, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), US Trotting harness races, NASCAR, NHRA World Drag Racing and more. They highlight athletes like World Champion roper Tyson Durfey, Miles Baker the entire PBR Rattlers Ariat team and more. They work consistently promoting music by attending Country Music Festivals while supporting country music labels and appearing in friends’ music videos like Bailey Zimmerman, Hayden Coffman and more.

Nick, Roy, Blake and Caden were invited to promote West Texas A&M college campus and featured the tours of the agricultural program on their social platforms. They have booths and attend Future Farmers America (FFA) conventions while meeting over 200 fans a day! 

The guys give back and help raise money and awareness for nonprofits like Western Sports Foundation (WSF) who is dedicated to enhancing the overall success of western sports athletes and New Vocations a racehorse adoption program. They also raised suicide awareness in September with the group Suicide Prevention: The Crisis Clinic of Thurston and Mason Counties. 

The future of The Tratter House is to continue their efforts while traveling the USA meeting and inspiring their fans creating a sense of belonging to build self-confidence. It is their mission to give the lifestyle an authentic identity and to drive a deeper engagement with gen z. in bite size pieces like TikTok and longer vlogs.  Tratter House will continue taking modern trends and showing them that cowboys and farmers do it best!
