Celebrate Spring With A Fresh, New Cocktail

Belle of the Ball

 Ingredients: 

o   2 parts Bib & Tucker 6-Year-Old Small Batch Bourbon

o   1 part Peach Syrup 

o   0.75 part Lemon Juice

o   0.5 part Meletti Amaro

o   1 Egg White

o   1 dash Walnut Bitters

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake until tin shaker is cold. Double strain into coupe glass.

Blackberry Negroni

How refreshing! A springtime twist on the classic negroni featuring in-season blackberries along with Campari and Cocchi Dopo Teatro. If Cocchi Dopo Teatro isn’t available, another sweet vermouth will do.

Ingredients: 

o   1.5 parts Gray Whale Gin

o   1 part Campari

o   0.75 part Cocchi Dopo Teatro

o   6 Fresh Blackberries

Instructions:

o   In a cocktail glass, muddle four blackberries. In a mixing glass, combine Gray Whale Gin, Campari and Cocchi Dopo Teatro. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the glass with the muddled blackberries. Garnish with the remaining two blackberries.

·       Ingredients:

o   1.5 parts Cantera Negra Silver Tequila

o   .75 part Passion fruit liqueur

o   .75 part Fresh lime juice

o   .25 part Ancho chile liqueur

o   .25 part Agave syrup

The Amante Spritz

Gently combine over ice in a large wine glass:

• 2 parts Amante 1530
• 3 parts Prosecco
• 1 part high-quality soda water
• 1 squeeze of an Amalfi lemon wedge
