While it may only be February, the Women's Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) standings race is in full swing! With major rodeos like the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo (FWSSR) already in the books, all eyes are on the WPRA breakaway roping and barrel racing world standings races.

Major rodeos like the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo have also added equal money and payouts to the breakaway roping, setting 2024 up to be another record-breaking year. Take a look at the current standings, courtesy of the PRCA.

WPRA Breakaway Roping Standings (as of February 15, 2024)

After an electrifying and record-setting FWSSR, Danielle Lowman has continued in her victorious ways, leading the pack of breakaway ropers by nearly $10,000. National Finals Breakaway Roping champions like Shelby Boijoli-Meged, Martha Angelone, and Jackie Crawford also headline the field.

WPRA Barrel Racing Standings (as of February 15, 2024)

The barrel racing standings are already a tight race! With Sara Winkelman leading world champion Hailey Kinsel by less than a thousand dollars, this race will be one of many to watch throughout the 2024 PRCA season.
