How stunning is this gem-state cowgirl?! Miss Rodeo Idaho is representing her state with this custom state vest. This year, each contestant was given the same denim Wrangler vest to make their own. Miss Rodeo Idaho has customized hers to the fullest, embellishing Idaho's symbols into leather and topped with rhinestones. Stunning!
