Vision for the future of women in the Western industry: "Women in the Western Industry have been and will continue to be out-of-the-box thinkers and innovative in their ideas as we progress in agriculture. The Western Industry is unique in the sense it is hardworking, tough, refined, and kind all wrapped up together. It is my vision as society progresses and we have less females automatically exposed to our industry, that women who currently hold a place in agriculture will make friends and allow others to come in, learn and master the industry, which is so special to all of us. I have always been a believer that each of us have a purpose and different strengths to bring to the table. Embracing both the wisdom from the last generation and empowering the improvement, as well as the excitement of a new generation, is so critical to continue to mend the gap in education and transparency for agriculture within society."
