This weekend, one of the most exciting and prosperous events in rodeo will take place-- The American Rodeo. Presented by Teton Ridge, the American Western Weekend will feature first-class rodeo competition, a reined-cow horse competition, and several major concerts, including Post Malone. Take a look at the official event rosters for this year's event!

Most notably, athletes with an astrict next to their name are eligible for the million-dollar bonus payout. As qualifiers for The American through the qualifying system, they are eligible for this life-changing payout if they win in their respective event. This high-stakes event will surely leave fans on the edge of their seats!

In the breakaway roping, fans and athletes can anticipate stiff competition with a roster headlined by world champions like Shelby Boisjoli and legends like JJ Hampton squaring off for the title. The team roping field is also stacked with world-champion athletes including Tyler Wade and Wesley Thorp and young guns like Nicky Northcott.

In the saddle bronc riding, both of the Hay brothers, Dawson and Logan are eligible for the million-dollar bonus, making the life-changing stakes a true family affair.

Much like the other fields, steer wrestling is a headline-filled lineup. With veteran athletes like Dakota Eldridge and Will Lummus up for the million-dollar purse, there's no telling who will take it home. Fan favorite Rocker Steiner will also ride against a competitive field, including athletes like Tilden Hooper, who knows a thing or two about winning the American, as he took home the title in 2021.

In the bull riding, reining PBR Velocity Tour Champion Josh Frost will go head-to-head with million-dollar contenders like Cody Teel and Jeff Askey.
